2010 ESSFTA Annual Meeting Information The 2010 ESSFTA Annual Meeting and Board of Governors Meeting will be held April 30 and May 1, 2010 in Irving, TX at the Radisson Hotel DFW South. The hotel is located on Hwy 183 at the south exit of the DFW International Airport and offers free shuttle service. The special room rate is $79 plus tax. When making reservations at 972-513-0800 or (800) 333-3333, be sure to ask for the “English Springer Spaniel Field Trial Association” to get the special rate. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast. Reservations must be made by April 16, 2010 to receive this rate. The Field and Show Governors will meet on Friday afternoon (April 30) and the Annual Meeting of the Membership and the Board of Governors will take place on Saturday, May 1 beginning at 8:00 a.m. A buffet lunch during the meetings will be available at a cost of $15 per person. A meeting notice and agenda will be mailed to members at a later date. |
